Acceptance of terms
By submitting a brief, paying a deposit, or executing a booking agreement with DLux Group Ltd, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of your organisation or group and agree to these terms.

Our service
DLux Group acts as a luxury travel management and concierge procurement agency. We negotiate, curate, and coordinate accommodation, private transport, dining, and activity experiences across our trusted trade network.

Deposits & Final Settlement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure venue holds and third-party supplier bookings. Final balances must be cleared no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date unless otherwise specified in your bespoke itinerary contract.

Cancellations & Amendments
Client-initiated cancellations or guest count decreases are subject to supplier terms and venue attrition policies. DLux Group will make all reasonable efforts to re-allocate funds or reschedule dates where trade terms permit.

Estate Rules & Security Deposits
Groups are expected to respect estate property, noise curfews, and max capacity limits. Certain exclusive-use venues require a refundable security deposit to cover accidental damages, returned within 7 days post-checkout.

Third-Party Suppliers
While DLux Group rigorously vets every private chef, transport provider, and activity host, individual third-party suppliers maintain primary liability for their respective services and safety certifications.

Unforeseen Events
DLux Group is not liable for failure or delay in executing itineraries resulting from acts of God, severe weather disruptions, transport strikes, or government restrictions beyond our reasonable control.

Travel & Event Insurance
We strongly recommend that all corporate clients, group organizers, and individual attendees carry comprehensive corporate travel or private event cancellation insurance for the duration of their trip.

Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
